Wang Yi is the founder of Media Caravan, a Beijing based distribution/production company. Wang Yi has the experience of both importing foreign contents into China, and also exporting Chinese programmes overseas. He previously held positions as the director of international business of Sohu Video and also the company’s head of production.
There’s never been a better time to own IP. And yet, going boom – despite these boom-times – can be more troublesome, and is definitely more complex, than it has ever been for some, equally difficult for others and mixed for the rest.
