Sonia Fleck has worked in the television industry for nearly 20 years, originating from theatrical film sales with indies such as Summit and Icon Films, thereafter moving into television content distribution. In 2007, Fleck launched Bomanbridge Media, a content distribution and deficit finance group, based in Monaco. With the expansion of the media landscape in Asia, the company established headquarters in Singapore. Spearheading continued growth, Bomanbridge Media agreed to equity investment from Hera Capital to further invest into content development. The global distribution arm represents approximately 5,000 hours of quality primetime programming, including both originals as well as independent third party productions, across all genres. Fleck has worked at the helm of Bomanbridge during the incredible transition of television story-telling, and boasts an extensive network of broadcast and creative partners. Current co-production launch, produced with Mandarin Films and CICC is “Walking the Yangtze”, where British adventurer Ash Dykes takes us on his most ambitious Guinness World Record-breaking success yet: walking the entire length of the Yangtze, 6,380km in under 365 days.
