Indra has been Senior Media Advisor to Thailand’s JKN Global Media PLC since 2019, with a remit to drive Thai drama distribution globally and to strike partnerships for JKN Originals. Earlier this year she co-founded Singapore-based distribution and production company, i.e. entertainment, with exclusive distribution and remake rights to the iconic Cathay-Keris Films’ Chinese and Malay libraries. The new company will also develop, produce, market and distribute content around the world. Prior to JKN, Indra led Taiwan’s Next Animation Studio as CEO for three years. In her 32 years in Asia’s media & entertainment industry, she spent a decade with Viacom International Media Networks Asia, including a role as EVP and MD, Asia. Indra also spent 12 years at TimeWarner in Asia, holding senior positions with Warner Bros. Pictures Int’l., Warner Bros. Consumer Products and Turner Entertainment Networks Asia. Indra also sits on the board of Cathay Organisation Holdings.
