Hans Isaac started his career at an early age as a model and actor who then became an international actor and producer. He has successfully premiered his work in Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines and across Southeast Asia. Currently putting a pause on creating content for the world, Isaac is determined on working towards the betterment of the industry. His plans include strengthening the welfare structure of the industry players and connecting Malaysia with international key leaders to promote Malaysian talent to the world. Aside from Finas (National Film Development Corporation), he is also managing Social 360 as the director, he is an Independent non-executive director of Perdana Petroleum and an ambassador for Caltex.

His work life has drawn attention from the media and many have been inspired by his achievements and leadership. Prior to his appointment as chairman, Hans Isaac was occupied with the production of films and theatres shows especially “Baik Punya Concert 4D” performed in Malaysia and Singapore by himself and close peers. He is also a producer for “Cuci The Movie”, “Cuci The Musical”, “Cuci The Series”, “Lat The Musical” and “Supermob The Musical”. As an executive producer in the theatre business, he is one of many directors and producers in Malaysia who has transformed films and comic characters into theatre plays, providing fans with an alternative to enjoy these loved creatives.

Hans Isaac has been awarded the Best Supporting Actor Award for his film titled “Buli Balik” at the Malaysia Film Festival (FFM19) 2006, Best Screenplay Award and Best Director for “Cuci The Movie” in FFM21 (2008).

Today, he is actively leading Finas to further advance the industry. His areas of work will focus on welfare, sustainability, growth and future of the industry to make it more stable, reliable and investment-worthy for all. His aim is to ensure that the veterans, present and new upcoming creative practitioners are evolving the industry to ensure it continues to flourish with great light of hope.
