Managing Director, Asia, Scripps Networks Interactive
Leena Singarajah joined Scripps Networks Interactive in Asia Pacific at the end of 2014 and was appointed as Managing Director in January this year.
She is responsible for continuing to develop and execute the growth strategy for the Scripps Networks lifestyle business, covering four channel brands – Asian Food Channel (AFC), Food Network, HGTV and Travel Channel, across the region.
Prior to Scripps Networks Interactive, Singarajah worked for IMG Media for almost 15 years, responsible for content sales distribution and business development across the Asia Pacific region.
She has overseen the launch of several sports channels in the region, notably Golf Channels in Southeast Asia (Malaysia, Singapore, Indonesia), The Racquet Channel in Singapore and Singtel’s mioStadium channel.
Prior to joining IMG, Singarajah worked for five years at ESPN Star Sports.
