Bo is Senior Business Manager for Asia at Eurodata TV Worldwide, where she works closely with main TV channels and OTT platforms of this region. Before joining EurodataTV, Bo worked for international media groups such as France Television, Radio France International, as well as the Hong Kong-based television broadcaster Phoenix TV. Her multicultural background and passion for the TV industry have led her to join Eurodata TV 6 years ago. First as a Research Executive, then in charge of all the business development in the Pan-Asian market. Her strong experience in international television allows her to have a broad overview of international TV trends as well as insight into local TV markets across all continents, particularly in China, South Korea and Japan. Her specialty is to build working partnerships with key broadcasters and production companies – helping them enhance their content development systems and compete in an increasingly competitive market.

Measuring viewership across four-screens has pushed up audience numbers for drama by more than 100% in some parts of the world. Documentary and reality audiences are also up by more than 80% in markets where measurement has evolved from live to live+time-shifted. Eurodata’s APAC head, Bo Zhang, looks at the impact of four-screen viewing and measurement on certain genres along with insights into the impact that original programming from Asia is making in other parts of the world.
